T.LSG vs, LSG silly question?

T.LSG vs, LSG silly question?
Sorry for this silly question, but I am not stock savey. Why is it that T.LSG is currently at $1.21 while LSG is at $0.935? Also whats the difference between the two, T.LSG, and LSG? Thanks guys!
