Does PHM Actually Make Any Money....?I checked PHM's latest posted Financial Statements dated March 31, 2015...... It seems like they typically either have a net gain or net loss of around 1 or 2 cents a share each quarter........More troubling, according to tmx.com, the total number of PHM shares outstanding is 246,774,158.........I see they issued a press release date July 13, 2015 indicating they may purchase up to 14,511,207 shares over the next 12 months - this would represent just under 6% of the current total.......conversely, I assume they will be issuing more shares if/when they purchase more entities, so I suspect they will buy back their shares only if the share price falls below a level they feel is too low.......still, the question remains: when will PHM actually generate significant positive earnings per share......?....how about cash flow per share....?....return on equity....?......return on capital......?.....aren't these the parameters that indicate the relative strength of a company.....?
