I also sent a noteGood Morning to you Sir:

I have a few shares in your exploration company, far fewer than those shareholders who are campaigning for you to alter the terms of agreement with Denison Mines.  I bought into FCU for the purpose of having it sold, not to become partners with an uranium producer.  I am highly disappointed with this proposed merger as it does not reflect the current and future value of the Triple R deposit.  The proposed ratio of 1:26 is, in my opinion, unworthy of consideration by your shareholders.  I understand that the uranium space is depressed and that it will take some time to recover.  I understand hiding Fission under Denison's umbrella, possibly to keep the asset safe from a low offer.  I know you and your team are clever business people so there must be something hovering in the boardroom that you are unable to share with us.  So please do not expect us to blindly follow your suggestion that we accept this deal without knowing all of the facts.  It has been suggested that the ration reflect the current monetary status of 1:5.  I will consider a ratio of 1:4 and then I may consider voting in favour of the merger.  Thank you for your consideration.
