GV, as you likely know it just means shareholders on Aug 17 will be sent and be eligible to vote...however if you buy RVX inbetween you can still vote and can still attend the AGM..it is very odd administrative backwoodedness in today's internet age...i have seen this done in under two weeks when the need is really there.
