From what I can see, the people involved with this company are working very hard to make it work but it seems that investors prefer to sell short in order to buy lower and lower and make a good profit that way . In my opinion this way of doing things should not be allowed. However, it will not change because it is good business for trading firms. Somedia is striving to get financing at a decent price. Not an easy job nowadays. Instead of talking of bankcrupcy please remember that a lot a people are trying to make a living in this company and  trying hard to keep their job. A lot of you are probably angry because of all the money you already lost but keep on being positive and get that stock price back on track. This company is worth more than 12 cents a share. I am still a buyer because I believe like a few others over here that video is the future in advertising. Google has shown interest in the company. This is not a small customer. The production is moving now at Somedia. For sure we are all waiting for increases in sales and profits but that can only be done by growing. In order to grow the company needs money. Please, stop destroying the stock price. Start buying to push it back up. Be positive. That company has the potential to succeed. And who knows, like one of you wrote, maybe Google will make an offer to buy the company. It is permitted to dream. If that happens, at the price I am buying my shares, I will be more than happy.
