RE:BOD and Bowes et al

RE:BOD and Bowes et alManagement and Board members all bought shares at 60 cents in the recent financing. It appears the shares have been shorted by at least one hedge fund which was to be involved in the financing. They are selling chunks (15,000 to 25,000) of shares at the bid at least a couple of times a day between accounts to drop the share price in an effort to cause panic selling by retail shareholders so they can cover their short position. This is a temporary situation and nothing would be more satisfying than being able to make an announcement that would ram their short right up a place where the sun doesn't shine. The worst thing we can do as small retail investors is to sell them our shares at an historical low so they can cover. They are the ones who are in a bind. The clock is ticking even if they can extend their day of reckoning by flipping the short between accounts. At June 15th the U.S. short position was 330,000 shares, up about 240,000 shares from two weeks earlier. In Canada the short position at June 30th was 370,000 shares, up from virtually zero a month earlier. It will be interesting to get the updated short numbers as of July 15. This management and BOD knows what it is doing and can't disclose many details due to non-disclosure. Work on final permitting and finalizing the proprietary spherical graphite process continues. NGC is the most advanced economic undeveloped public graphite project in North America and perhaps the world. Hopefully an announcement shareholders have all been waiting for is very soon. It would offer added satisfaction to make the shorts pay.
