I follow the "selling" houses

I follow the "selling" housesAlmost all of the crash in the price this past week has been from what I assume is a single investor from Scotia Itrade (House #85).  Between yesterday and today so far, 76,500 shares all at the market BID price.  The day prior he dumped another whack of shares and he simply wants out regardless of what the price is.  With no demand on the BUY side, a single investor can reek havoc on the share price causing us all to suffer.  Eventually he will run out of shares, although his activity can cause other lemmings to follow suit.  At the end of the day, we all agree the stock is worth more than $0.405.
