ACQ Weakness

ACQ WeaknessACQ is well behind on its acqusition guidance, on the Q1 call they said they will not meet 2 acqusitions by May 30, but would have done by 45 days from date of call May 7th, over 75 days have passed and those acquistions have not yet been announced, so I would expect the analyst numbers which have acqusitions baked into them will have to come down...given the continued weakness in oil prices and Alberta I beleive Q2 will be challenging and the outlook for the rest of year will remain challenging...also AutoReit IPO just lowered cost of capital for Dilawri group to become even more agressive in acquistions as they can fun real estate portion of deals with REIT...also have not seen 1 share of insider buying from Priestner who filled his pockets at $78, why? also have not seen company be active at all in their normal course issuer bid..
