Not true 1320. You talk about "the market" having established a realistic price, but what is the market in regard to TLT? It's the .00001% of investors that have actually looked into it. The circle of knowledgeable investors who have heard of TLT or are able to buy it is beginning to expand and will continue to expand for a couple of years. And the expansion won't be arithemetic; it will be exponential.
It's really hard for me to understand what you are doing here. The only thing I can come up with is that you represent potential longs who have not yet filled out their position.
