...because you never know....Hey gang,

I am in the process of getting a home equity line of credit ($30,000).

The idea is to pay 3% instead of 9% on the $30,000 I borrowed to buy TS.B.

I am happy to have the interest go to you, instead of the banks.

Please let me know if you want to lend me the funds instead of the bank.

I would be happy to pay you 4% on $30,000. The loan would be secured by TS.B shares and repaid when the shares are valued *properly* by the markets (that is, above $12/share).

Obviously this proposal doesn't make a lot of sense, but...you never know.
