Its farming activities range from cultivating early-stage plantings to harvesting from mature trees. Its Blueberries segment is a farming operation that cultivates blueberry plants in Peru. It provides value-added services including ripening, bagging, custom packaging, logistical management, and quality assurance. The Company also provides its customers with merchandising and promotional support, insights on market trends and hands-on training.

Focus is shifting

The number of job openings at Avigilon has gone down slightly over the past quarter (approx 106 when the Q1 results were released) and the focus seems to be shifting.

Looking at current postings, the company's sales force seems to have been filed out for now and the priorities are now on increasing sales force effectiveness, developping and improving products, increasing manufacturing capacity, and ratcheting up company systems to better support operations.
