RE:Insiders bought..... Again..... and Again.....The last filing was done July 8,...152000 shares bought by Zahir. 585000 shares were bought by ARC 14days ago,  but nothing has been filed. MAXIMUM 5 days for filing. Manipulation,  Shell game. He's moving his stock around from house to house. Make it look like he is buying. Why weren't those shares filed.  Watch and see if any of these other shares he bought are filed. Show me proof they were filed.
