RE:RE:Sprott Resource Corp. Announces Date for 2015 Second Quarter

RE:RE:Sprott Resource Corp. Announces Date for 2015 Second QuarterThe 7 AM release is pretty standard for any public company. Results are released a few hours before the opening bell to give investors time to read and digest the results.

What I am wondering is how will management explain to investors why they haven't sold the Union Ag position if they haven't already done so. If they haven't found a buyer by now that says the market value is clearly a lot less than what they are reporting it to be.

The huge persisting NAV discount says that very few investors have any interest in the underlying assets. And if that is the case then why don't they wind the fund up?
