Combine the buyout/merger of Canelson, the current oil production market with these financials, and we 'wonder' what effect this will have on the bottom line?
I have been in the market 40 years, I don't need a cyrstal ball to know what TDG financials are going to look like next quarter.
Given, the CEO and Board have been doing this for a while but does that also include jeopardizing the future of the company?
The financial facts were there from q4/2014 and q1/2015 long before they made the lastest decision.
A value play it might be but only if the Trinidad/Canelson stays in business to see the turn around.
My criticism isn't hindsight. They acted too hastily...and yes...in my 'opinion', rashly.
