Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Anti-Cancer Therapy division develops patented, and patent pending drugs, called Photo Dynamic Compounds (PDCs) and activates them with patent pending laser technology to destroy specifically targeted cancers, bacteria and viruses. The CLT division is responsible for the Company’s medical laser business. The Cool Laser Therapy division designs, develops, manufactures and markets super-pulsed laser technology indicated for the healing of chronic knee pain. The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

Why didn't you unload

When I bought 150,000 shares at 31, 30, 29.5 and unloaded 0.335 0.33 yesterday I was somewhat upset i couldn’t get the volume and price I wanted (0.35) but today im lol'ing.

See you guys again sub 30. Just in time to grab 100,000 before HC approval. Then dump again before noon.

Grab a brain longs. Much more validation is needed before this a long term thing. They have to prove themselves past the odd NR report. We get the TLC-2000 with multiple quarters of revenue growth and profit, scheduled human trials with positive results, THEN MAYBE it’s a long hold. Until then this is a shitty piggy bank. Good for predictable flipping on NR's.
