I don;t believe these RYG or CRG people.......Do you?

Dundee has been running the show at both of these............Just look at the Accumulated Deficits at both Companies to get an idea of what the past has been like.......Why would you think they have suddenly changed and now are going to have a Great Future in 2-3 years?

The past has been a DISASTER...... You only need 5% of the stockholders to call a special meeting....That is not much here.

Maybe call the special meeting..............VOTE IN A NEW BOD,  and then we liquidate tomorrow and get the 18 cents..............not handing over the cash to some unknown future........

The whole point of this merger is that they are bringing cash, property and better management together. They are also doing it at a time when there are cashless companies with good properties. Cash is king and it is a buyers market. If you are not happy then wait for the merger (I can't see it not going through) sell your New Oban shares which will be worth more than your current value and move on to something else.
