I would support that!
From a psychological point of view you feel helpless/powerless/frustrated/angry, and mentioning things like law suits gives you back (the illusion of) some power whilst relieving some of that anger. Understandable. However, think rationally for a second here. A lawsuit for PROPOSING a merger (remember, he is gonna let you vote on it) ? Objectively he is proposing to merge two companies, of which DML has the bigger market cap even. No way a judge is gonna rule him guilty of anything just because we "feel" FCU is worth more. And if you want to use the stock reaction since the news as an argument that he should just cancel the whole thing then check out how the rest of the market is doing. Sue Dev and he will not only be found innocent, but als use FCU's lawyers to achieve it. What we have with Dev is a (big) difference of opinion/vision, unless there's something he's not telling us.
