In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the oil and gas exploration and production segment of the S&P Total Market Index (S&P TMI).

But who really knows? [and it isn't me]I shares other people's questions about the financing closing at 9 cents.

It didn't make sense to me...especially because I was participating in it.

In the end I decided that the smart money [meaning: not me] was buying it above the market, so I didn't withdraw my offer to buys the shares.

In a strange way, the fact that I knew people were putting up $7 million at 9 cents, when most could get their fill at 7 cents, convinced me to take the stock and the warrants.

Normally, I would expect the company to lower the price to 7 cents, but they didn't.

So, I bought stock at 9 cents that I could have esaily bought at 7 cents.

I hope this was not a mistake, but if it is, I will admit to being a least a bit stupid for doing so.
