I think if LSG was taken out, it would be on a grand scale by the Tech or Goldcorp and paid out at a set rate in full, there would be no small fine print like the Nmi so called deal.Also keep in mind LSG has 103 million in debs due in 2017 and 80 million in cash today, Nmi has 34 million in debs with approx 30 million in the bank.
