Fission Uranium Corp. is a Canada-based uranium company and the owner/developer of the high-grade, near-surface Triple R uranium deposit. The Company is the 100% owner of the Patterson Lake South uranium property. Its Patterson Lake South (PLS) project, which hosts the Triple R deposit, a large, high-grade and near-surface uranium deposit that occurs within a 3.18 kilometers (km) mineralized trend along the Patterson Lake Conductive Corridor. The property comprises over 17 contiguous claims totaling 31,039 hectares and is located geographically in the south-west margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. Additionally, the Company has the West Cluff property comprising three claims totaling approximately 11,148-hectares and the La Rocque property comprising two claims totaling over 959 hectares in the western Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan. The La Rocque property is prospective for high-grade uranium and is located five km south of Cameco’s La Rocque Uranium Zone.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:PEA timing questionEqually important Q is: How elastic is the PEA release date, and can we expect RPA to announce the date directly? I'm asking because the date for this "merger" to take effect sounds firm at or near 19 October.   Agreement terms will be firm as of tomorrow (pray for an update with better terms - 1.5:1 share ratio or higher, exclusion of added value of updated resource estimates from last winter and this summer's drilling)  If there's too much play in the PEA release date, we'll be asked to vote on the biggest issue in the history of FCU, WITHOUT the info we need for an informed choice.
That's why it's also essential to know how long the wait can be stretched from PEA finalization to release.
With commodities in the hole, U3O8 included, I see one side of the argument for stringing it out as long as possible.  However that doesn't mean we should be voting in the dark.
