Marrone aint Brazilian - This is going to be controled by Brazilian Nationals. 

It's B&A I'm 100% sure they will purge all the non-brazilians. 


I find it a bit funny that you have became so negative Krisstopherp. If it was me who changed my mind I would quietly sell into the bid. It makes no sense to turn like you have after allegedly going to the AGM. I found it more than suspicious that you were in traffic and turned around then as well. I like the news my self and consider it welcome.


I'm negative based on the news - If you believe this to be positive then please enlighten me. I'm trying to find the positives but it's hard. 

My preference was always a straight clean buyout - You don't know what the post transaction company will look like.

I want to see all the offers before I can deem this one to be the best one.
