We don't know how the offer will effect us but you might be surprised in the end. I was hoping for a joint venture because as bad as everything has become the properties are very valuable and they can produce as high demand phosphate for Brazil going forward many years down the road. A complete buy out would of been quicker for the current shareholders but I think this will result in much better share price in the years to come.


I agree with you -

Monday morning is a positive.
The balance sheet will be cleaned up significantly which is a huge positive.
Itafos will resume operations. 

It  looks like B&A is taking a bigger ownership stake in the whole thing. Why not a stratight buyout I'm not sure.
