JAKARTA (rambuenergy.com) –
The Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business (SKK Migas) at the
Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry (ESDM) on
Monday summoned 13 oil and gas Production Sharing Contractors (PSCs) which are yet to meet their investment commitment to carry out explorations.
“This is the second summon. By publishing this summon, we hope they will come
forward and realize their commitment,” Elan Biantoro, head of public relation of SKK
Migas, told
rambuenergy.com.
“Based on PSC contract, they have an investment commitment that they have to meet.
However, these companies have yet to meet their commitment until the set time limit.
That’s why we summon them,” Biantoro added.
Earlier, SKK Migas has summoned 15 PSCs. Of these, 2 companies have come
forward and are currently discussing with the agency about their commitment
realization. Thirteenth companies have yet to come forward.
In the second summon, SKK Migas also lists the name of person in charge (PIC) who
signed the PSC contract.
Followings are the list of oil and gas contractors that are yet to meet their exploration
commitment:

SKK Migas said in relation to this commitment realization, PSC Contractors are required to contact the division in charge of supervising realization of commitment at SKK Migas within 14 working days since today.
