Tail of only 2 cities - Vancouver and TorontoGetting tough when you are down to the last two markets to loan shark too. AI either has to up its lending quality (take lower interest rates) or lend less - either way the distribution this time next year will be "at risk". Looking at AI another way, say you have 100,000 shares of AI, how long do you think it would take you to sell it into the market??? Much better places to invest your monies than AI.
