RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Slaughtered!Jan 28 NR says "All securities issued in the Offering are subject to a four months resale restriction period expiring May 29, 2015." This is exactly when share price started falling from $0.38. Hard to believe that buyers of the prospectus at $0.35 are selling.
