The Lax Kw' alaams were not against the terminal they objected to the end of the pipeline going to the LNG loadout via a bridge that touched the edge of the fish bank.

When Harper was here he must have told the BC finance minister that the evironmental permit no longer had a problem because Petronas has obviously re-routed the last link of pipeline that goes to the LNG load out where the LNG tankers dock.
