Geomega Resources Inc. is a mineral exploration and evaluation company focused on the discovery and sustainable development of economic deposits of metals in Quebec. The Company is a developer of clean technologies for the mining, refining, and recycling of rare earths and other critical materials. Through its wholly owned subsidiary Innord Inc. Simon Britt, Director?

Can someone confirm if Simon Britt is still a director of GMA? On GMA's website, Derek Lindsay is the President and CEO by interim, but Simon is named as a director of GMA. It is very confusing...Does Simon stays as a Director of GMA? If it is the case, why rush to name Mr Lindsay as the CEO of GMA if Simon is still around?

Unless GMA updated the management team webpage but forgot to do the same with the directors webpage...
