RE:RE:RE:NEWS- Brazil Resources to acquire Whistler Au-Cu ProjectGrade has the largest influence on metal value per tonne (revenue). The operating costs up there are significant and will greatly exeed the revenue based on grade.
If it was such a great buy it would go for more than $2 million given that in the area there are many significant mining operations.
When mangement says its economic, if thats even what they say, consider this:
1) The last mine management said was economic was UEC's Palangana mine which has not produced any uranium profitably. They last spoke about UEC taking the Goliad project into production and raised $20 million in debt but have not put a penny into taking it into production.
2) Without completion of an independent 43-101 report, such as a PEA, you can not say it is economic. BTW, this is where they look at the copper and determine what circuits are necessary to actually recover copper since it uses a different process.
3) Do further due diligence on the operating costs up there.
