Has the Oban 10 days time to make a counter offer expired?
If so does that mean that they are no longer interested in TME? does this also mean that the rest of the merger is now in doubt? I have not heard of any proxies being sent to any of the companies that are involved being sent out for shareholder approval?? any news on this front at any of the 5 companies? What about Osisko, are they still on board without TME and the lower POG? are they reconsidering how much they will pay for a share of New Oban? what about shareholders in EAG, should they be selling while they still have some premium in the stock before it vanishes if the deal falters?
