GE and most of the board at Focus are the same at Grafoid. Since they are related companies it is self serving to value the shares high as it pumps up the value of both companies. If you look at the latest financing done by Grafoid, they were only able to raise $25,000 which indicates that no one puts a lot of value on a company with no revenues and is merely a concept and developmental company.
