Yeah your probably right but I'm not jumping to conclusions just yet.
First wait & see what the stooges have to say on Wedneday's CC.
If it is a foregone conclusion then the appeals court would have thrown
the case out. But they are still going ahead with the oral arguments next week.
That means Wilan still has a chance IMO.
