I am sorry to burst your dream, but Mr. Fleming could not care less about shareholders even he is one of them. It`s called Agency costs. Management goals are not in-line with shareholders and certainly not long-term shareholders. A CEO would rather sacrifice good long term growth to pick up fame, cash and perks... Fleming is now having an egotrip at the helm of Somedia flirting with Youtube managers, Facebook & al. In the end, only his salary and non-money advantages that counts and its relationships with bigger firms that may eventually hire him back.... ifront
