I don't think the drama is over with this one - Now that they've signed an exclusivity agreement I would think it's time to roll up the sleeves and play a little rough with this one.

Why can't shareholders sign confidentiality agreements and see all the bids themselves?

If someone comes forward with thier bid and makes it public look for a shareholder lawsuit.

Read all of the NR's from the begining of the straetgic Review process and it's stinking obvious B&A was the favoured all along.
