Why screw MBAC shareholders and not Rio Verde? What is different about our situation that makes us so easily screwed? My guess is the fact were distressed and have no leverage.



Found my answer - Looks like Rio Verde was debt free and sold for approximately $35 million at .40c a share.

Did ICL try and screw Allana Potash shareholders? No they offered the going rate for a single tonne of potash at $93 for the remaining 83% remaining for the company they ddidn't already own.
