Midwestern: Yes a very good chance. Our middle east clients would like to hang onto their $$ another month and wait to see if crude oil  prices stabilizes back up over 70$ US.

Got good news for you. The Americans are pumping more oil and with that said, price of oil will drop except for ga station prices where all the oil companies are stealing from the consumers. The government does not want to do anything because they have got shares in oil companies or they are best friends with the executives.
