Dear Righand ....It is a miss-statement of fact - and Roscoe is probably correct when he asserts the SCC can step in and protect rights to a fee simple existence.... I have no doubt that BC, PETRONAS and the Feds have dotted all i's and crossed all t's... I think the project proceeds as soon as September and the one little band that is standing in the way will not want to waste any more time and money proceeding further, and they will get the very best care of the eel grass beds possible. But I could be wrong. .....
