RE:RE:CCCC - I definitely apprecaite your frustration. I have had similar thoughts but have stuck it out as a shareholder.
As for the option repricing - a few of us better represent the shareholders and ensure they DO NOT reprice their options. If the owners of the company (all shareholders) need to absob the losses caused by management then management does as well. Look around - no major corp that issues options to management reprices when the stock drops - that's why it's an incentive payment. They only benefit if they reward shareholders with higher share prices.
