Araxa is a vertically integrated rare earth element and niobium mine and extraction plant project located in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

This does look like panic selling. IR better be doing something soon before more people start running to the door.

let's see how long can the wall at 3.5c can hold. I have bids in @ 3c, didn't really think it could get filled but now it's getting interesting.
