The investment objectives for the Preferred Shares are to provide their holders with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash distributions in the amount of $0.05 per Preferred Share ($0.60 per annum or 6.0% per annum on the issue price of $10.00 per Preferred Share) until November 30, 2023 (the Maturity Date) and to return the original issue price of $10.00 to holders on the Maturity Date. The Company will invest on an approximately equally-weighted basis in Portfolio Shares of the following publicly traded Canadian banks: Bank of Montreal; Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce; National Bank of Canada; Royal Bank of Canada; The Bank of Nova Scotia; and The Toronto-Dominion Bank. The Portfolio will generally be rebalanced on a quarterly basis, starting on September 30, 2020, so that as soon as practicable after each calendar quarter the Portfolio Shares will be held on an approximately equal weight basis.

RE:RE:RE:Hedges BC I hear you, there have been people like him here before.. and there will be others long after he leaves. The liar/ingnoramous has an agenda and feels he can spew his sheit without consequence. His lies could eventually catch up to him but we'll never know, he will simply disappear and we'll never be the wiser as to why . Just curious, his numbers seem to come out of thin air, and so do his followers, almost like they are as make believe as his numbers... I understand why you respond to this fool BC, you have an awful lot invested in this company both financial and emotionally which are related... Had we bailed when she was hitting 7 we would have a pretty nice nest egg, I do however firmly believe it will be back there in short order and higher as the cost savings they are presently implementing take hold much more WHEN THE PRICE does go up.
