Gardening

GardeningI like to get into the backyard once in a while to grow something or other (pumpkins, sunflowers).
I planted some sunflowers a while back. They just didn't seem to be getting anywhere. The plant seemed stuck at a couple of feet. What was going on? I just kept watering it, and worrying, and waiting.

A few weeks passed and the thing has gained at least three feet in height. The plant is likely to be taller than I am before too long. I am not sure why it seemed stuck, and why it then grew so fast. Torstar might be the same way. We're stuck for now, but it will grow, and grow fast, at some point. Maybe Star Touch, and this recent purchase will be the reason for this wished-for fast growth. In both cases, sunflower and Torstar, we will likely end up with a beautiful thing.
