RE:RE:MidwesternWhat lawsuit? For buying shares at a reduced price? They've stated they are buying company for .80. Waiting to raise funds, it's general market that doesn't believe they'll raise funds. Not there fault it's being sold down to .50.  Doesn't mean they can't buy 10% of shares at a reduce cost and save themselves millions.
