No interest in Woulfe
No interest in WoulfeThere is apparently no interest in Woulfe except the bid from Almonty. There is a clause in the proposed agreement for Almonty to counter offers from others if they appear. There have been no offers or we would have to be told about them by Woulfe's board. If the deal is rejected Woulfe will be worth less than $10,000,000. Maybe Almonty presented a low-ball offer in hopes the offer is rejected so they could then aquire the entire company for $10 million.
I encourage anyone who is going to vote no to fill out the dissent forms by August 9th. It would be in your best interest.
