RE:RE:RE:MidwesternIt most certainly would cause some legal issues, if they have deliberately delayed financing so they could acquire more shares at a 50% discount to the offer they have made.
You can easily find out, by getting Mart to request a shareholder list. I am betting you wiil find a fund from Morgan Stanley holding in excess of 20 million shares....
