I keep reading peoples thoughts saying the NR was intentionally negative to drive price down to ease the blow of a lower than expected offer of buyout... while I'm no expert and why I was asking for opinions I'm wondering what is giving you the impression of a buyout still. I'm not trying to be smart / rude to people I'm just wondering if I'm reading the NR and missing something. The only thing I can think of is the NR doesn't say "there won't be a buyout" and doesn't explain the recapitalization (from what I've googled can be various things) and the sentence in the NR says "involves" which could be taken to mean that recapitalization is part of the solution. Again I'm no expert and just trying to understand all this... and praying for the best for us.
