The Company is focused on contributing to the prevention of climate change by supplying safe and long-lasting lithium-ion batteries. The Company is also developing next generation solid state battery technology at its Labs division. The Company has two operating sites in Canada and has a 52-acre site with approximately 135,000 square foot manufacturing facility in New York state. Its battery products are used across various applications, including material handling, e-mobility and energy storage.

You called? Here I am! $24 million in annual sales with almost 200 people: they are over-staffed by a factor of 2 to 2.5. And they are still bleeding cash. They will also need $10 to 20 million for the NMP elimination. They don't have it. Forget an exploding share price. If it gets to $1.20: sell. I sold at $1.40 and I bet we will not see that this year.
