Thank's...Ya know, i just thought it would be nice if the Poydras shareholders would collaborate in chat, to discuss the company and its resent transactions. It was pleasant to do so in the past, and it felt good reading other quality opinions, as per - Poydras. I enjoyed many of the quality posts -
But as it is... This PYD board is not like other boards, there's very lil participation, and if someone does chime in, it's usually a bash, a critism, or purely negative, and so against the good shareholder who is MERELY trying to keep it positive. Yes... good shareholders are countered with much resistence. Sad but true.
Ironically, there's so many investors ive come across, who havent a clue, about the importance of advertising. There seems to be a true disconnect to the meaning of - " Advertising equates to more investor interest," which ultimately has that sweet effect on the SP - to move stocks.
Company successes - with ample advertising = creates NEW investor interests... New monies are needed to enable the stcok to move, and for a new regeneration to occur, and on to the next level.
Poydras' resently written exclusive with - Danny - is a perfect example of what's needed to gain the market branding attention PYD so deserves. Capturing new investor interest is imperitive, for a stock to grow. Stagnation breeds - slippage. Advertising the successes - gorws the companies stock price.
Such continued advertisments and exclusive reportings - to get the word out - i think - will have an tremendous impact on the SP - providing the revenues are as anticipated. Though my experience is brief in stocks, i truly beleive its the "investors interest" that move stocks - well at least penny stocks.
You could say im not impressed with the resent harrassment ive endured, and to the extent of - being stalked and hounded and badegered and slandered, and for what?
Wanting to point out the good qualities of the company?
Why it was ever allowed and s prolonged - Who knows... who cares...
So i guess, I'll leave the few good shareholders n this bard to those shilly shorts who love to slam and fight, all daynd all night.
What a battle it is... good shareholders want the company to succeed, and the others who are numerous... pick apart everything, even th good. They're never satisfied, and s want the stock down. Crazy, system, it is. I havent the time, nor energy for such a neverending juvenile battle.
I think i'll take a bow, and move on - to higher valued investments - like another poster recommended a few weeks ago -
Perhaps my presence, no longer on the board, will not encourage the so called others to want ot post, and of course - fill the board with such inapproprate nonsense.
Poydras, is a great company. They've achieved so much and in such short order... But many fail to realize - that if company any company - is listed on the exchange - its a certainty they'll use shares to grow . Otherwise, they'd be priavately held.
Sadly, its the one thing that the bashers use to downplay the successes, of any listed company. Honeslty, if a company didnt need the money, they wouldnt have listed on the exchange, right?
Listed companies use shares, and in hopes they'll succeed and grow, and the ones that do - succeed are penalized for doing so, with a low SP price? A valuation system that cleverly includes the shares out - against the company and its growth. lol what a system.
Now before anyone critsizes.. please read on....
I think there should be a different valuation system in place. One that actaully rewards a company for such practices of using the shares - but, but,but...
A formulation that over looks a portion of the shares out - based upon true acquisition - advancement and growth.
Companies who do acquire real assets - should be treated with a fair formula that takes the successes and growth into consideration, based on a fractional share - deduction vs growth and assets....
Yes, a two teired system that identifies a quality company that rewards them - vs other companies who piss away shares- and have nothing to show- or dont advance.
Awhole new formula implemented - that valuates companies as per over all assets not just profits - espcially when they're just getting started - otherwise - the system is neglecting the aspect of wanting companies to grow - which ultimately - strengthens the exchange their on.
A new evaluation system that rewards - after all - capitolism cant flourish - if there are many factors against it. Company is properly evaluated = stock rises = it creates a robust exchange = company provides jobs = the system then works .
After all, if the stock cant climb even on good news, then how is a company able to properly grow when dishing out - dime value shares - ? Now imagine - $1 - $5 - $10 - dollar shares? Then you'd see growth... Its to get to tht stage - without resistence - or should i say - eliminate the shorting of stocks.
So, a new valuation system that overrides -overlooks - the shares out - based upon the worth in assets - taking into consideration theyve spent lots to acquire lots but not quite there in revenues... Hey, they still have resently acquired assets to their worth.
Some may disagree, but wheres the reward for shareholders who invest - whohave put up the monies - and as well suffer?
if the company uses shares, acquires lots - but is laden in shares - but yet rich in assets - and shareholders cant be rewarded for such progress? There's a definite flaw.
So, a humble bow...
The penny markets - are too extreme - for my investing preference.
Wish Poydras and the team, much success.
Cheers - to the good shareholders !
