Thanks a lot MOshowme. Since you posted that info, I wanted to respond to it, but couldn't. I had a bid at .085 that couldn't be fulfill since 11:00 AM. Now that it's done, I can say this to the ones who did their homework this weekend. I've took a lot of time reading past NR since 2012, I also read the 32 pages prospectus of last Wednesday for a second time. You know what? I couldn't understand how they were coming with this $2M PP. Let me explain and all the lights will occur. In the prospectus, they mentioned that if the new .10 offering is not done, they would have enough money to go on for the next 2 months, starting from July 21, the date the prospectus was finalize. They also mementioned that with the $2M offers, they could go on for another year ($2M+$2M in sales= $4M and that is the average cost to operate yearly). But, where it didn't add up was there; at the end of Q1 2015, the company had $1,4M in long term financial liabilities. we know that it cost around $350K per month, so, we had enough money to operate until July 31 with this $1,4M + we know that our sales are now, $150K per month, so that would mean another $600K from April 1 to July 31, and it would help us go thru mid August (exactly the 2 months mentioned in the prospectus). So, my point is, since they did two PP in the second quarter ($1,2M), they were not added in the prospectus because they were thinking that it would have serve for the debentures payment or restructuring it at least. So, my point is, since they have issue 2 millions shares at .18 for a $360K debentures settlement and that they extend until July 2016 the other $600K debentures, the 2 previous PP will serve us into operations. It couldn't be count in the prospectus, because the deal was done on July 20, the previous day. So, to all that mentioned that our CEO should be fired, that the debt settlement was bad, look at it with new eyes now. We raise $1,2M at .25 from the original $2M PP (that is 60% of it, when the SP was volatile and manipulate by the MM, not bad), the warrants that were exercisable at .35 only went down at .315, not bad either. Next, we we able to get rid of one third of the debentures by issuing 2M shares at .18 when the SP was under .15, not bad again, with only 500K warrants at .20. So, if I add this up. We finance ourselves with more than $1,5M at an average of .23, not bad. If we closed the new PP at .10 and adid another $700K, plus the $875K warrants that will be exercised in no time, that would meanmean, we would have around $2,7M to look at new horizon. That is without adding the $600K sales for the last 4 months. Hope that when this whole manipulated game will be over next month, that some of you will send an email of excuses to M. Rowlands. To Truthlogic who thinks he can be wise, hope your still in, and i don't care if some gets in at .075 tomorrow, because when everything gets clear here, this one will be in the .20 range in no time. M. MOshowme, I know you're 99% right on this, it was my taught since Saturday. if so, that would mean a 28 millions less shares dilution, an absolute Pocket trick from our CEO. If so, M. Rowlands could be add as a new chapter in Truthlogic by book on how it's done when you don't do your DD. Truthlogic, you must be glad I did it for you? Back in tomorrow?
