Mackie Cross

Mackie CrossMackie cross. I hope it was a cross that exercised wt's. I'm sure the company would like to get cash in the door. So who would be in position to exercise 1.3MM or more warrants? One possibility could be Alberta Star. One could be TK on their 0.67 wt's. Others could be Belgium investors grouping and doing it. We'll have to wait for financials to know. Possibly it was just a seller of stock who wanted cash. PD? We won't have insider reports to track that anymore. The very impressive part is that there was a buyer for those shares. I think Mackie has very little to do with any of it other than facilitating.
