I was reading this article just before hearing his comment about the effect of the price of oil on corporate budgets. Maye he should review his standards too. It didn't make him look all that competent with regards to his own job.

I doesn't seem to be having the impact he was trying to put across for Avigilon's business. More plants means more security systems, not less.
