During the today's conference call, the first retail investor who had an opportunity to ask a question asked this very question. Mark's response was that there would not be a split. He said that he preferred to keep the stock price high so that only informed investors would be on-board. He believes that a split would attract new buyers and increase price volatility as traders move in and out.
